The RAD Ledger separates Certified projects from Verified projects.

Certified listings are permanent.
Verified listings must renew annually.
Expired listings must be re-reviewed.

Certification Policy. Certified projects are backed by a vault-locked Seal NFT held in the RAD certification wallet. If a project violates trust, the seal is revoked and may be burned on-chain.
